Serial entrepreneur with deep roots in the veteran community. Founded OutPost 43 to bridge the gap between premium outdoor commerce and meaningful veteran support. Believes the best way to support those who served is through sustainable business models that create real opportunity.
Jeremy Hixson
Chief Operating Officer
Operations specialist with experience scaling retail and logistics. Oversees supply chain, vendor relationships, and day-to-day operations. Ensuring every product ships on time and every customer interaction reflects the OutPost 43 standard.
Al Zilla
Chief Information Officer
Technology architect building OutPost 43's digital infrastructure from the ground up. Responsible for the platform, AI integration, and the systems that connect everything. Believes technology should serve the mission, not the other way around.

Building the platform, curating the product line, recruiting instructors, and designing the Veterans Lounge.
Launch
Doors open in Eagle, Idaho. The store, training academy, and veteran programs go live. The mission begins.
